We have been awarded a Community Initiatives
Grant from the New Brighton and Wallasey Area Forum.
This will enable radio amateurs to work one to one with children aged 10 to
13 to construct Knapp RX receivers. 20 children will be selected to take
part in this project..
If there are any radio amateurs, ideally in the New Brighton or Wallasey
area, retired or otherwise who would be interested in taking part in this
project to help enthuse children in the construction of a working radio,
could they please contact Neil Jones (M0NBJ) at Greenleas Primary School ...
